Direction of Use for Sparkling White Toothpaste

Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least three times a day, 2 minutes each time for one shade whiter teeth after one week. Brush thoroughly. Do not swallow. Spit out and rinse after use.

If children 2-6 years olds,  use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. Use by children under 2 years should be upon the advice of a physician or dentist.
