How to Prepare

1. Place all the cleaned milk bottle and utensils into the water. Ensure that the milk bottle and its utensils are completely submerged with no air bubbles trapped.

2. Cover the pot with a lid. Bring water to a boil. Ensure the water does not boil until dry.

3. Read the instructions on the formula milk label to know the right amount of water and milk needed. Consumption of formula in excess or less than the dosage instructions on the label can make the baby sick.

4. Pour the boiling water into the clean and sterilized milk bottle. Allow it to cool to 40°C. Use a clean, sterile, mercury -free thermometer to measure the temperature. Exercise caution to prevent burns from occurring.

*The water temperature will vary depending on how each formula is prepared. Refer to the instructions on the milk label.

5. Add the correct amount of formula milk into the milk bottle that has been filled with water previously. Shake the milk bottle to ensure the milk and water mixes perfectly.

6. Lower the temperature of the milk by holding the milk bottle under running tap water, or by placing it in a container of cold water or ice. To prevent the milk mixture from being contaminated, please ensure the water level in the container is below the level of the milk bottle cap.

7. Check the milk mixture temperature by sprinkling a few drops onto your wrist. The milk mixture should be warm and not hot. If the milk is still hot, please cool the milk mixture again before feeding your baby.

8. Please throw away excess milk mixtures or milk mixtures that have been exposed to the open air for more than an hour.
