Alpro Pharmacy RM5 offline Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

PERATURAN DAN SYARAT

1.Nilai baucar ini adalah di dalam Ringgit Malaysia.

2.Baucar ini hanya sah digunakan dengan pembelian minimum RM50 ke atas dalam satu resit.

3.Baucar ini melayakkan pemegang untuk menebusguna barangan di semua cawangan Farmasi Alpro dan ianya tidak

boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai atau sebarang bentuk tender yang sah.

4.Sekiranya nilai belian melebihi nilai baucar, baki selebihnya perlu dibayar oleh pemegang baucar.

5.Sekiranya nilai belian kurang daripada nilai baucar, bakinya tidak akan dipulangkan kepada pemegang.

6.Alpro Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. (561739-W) tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan baucar ini dan sebarang kerugian yang dialami oleh pemegang baucar

disebabkan oleh kehilangan atau kerosakan baucar ini.

7.Baucar yang rosak dianggap tidak laku dan tidak boleh ditukarganti.

8.Baucar ini tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukarganti dengan baucar yang lain nilainya.

9.Baucar ini sah sehingga tamat tempoh yang ditetapkan dan tiada lanjutan tarikh dibenarkan.

10.Alpro Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. (561739-W) berhak untuk menukar mana-mana peraturan dan syarat-syarat di atas pada bila bila masa tanpa sebarang notis.

11.Baucar ini tidak boleh digunakan untuk lampin dewasa dan susu tepung.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The value of this voucher stated herein is in Malaysian Ringgit.

2.This voucher can only be used with a minimum purchase of RM50 and above in a single receipt.

3.This voucher allows the holder/bearer to redeem goods at all Alpro Pharmacy stores. However, it cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender.

4.During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.

5.However, if the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.

6.Alpro Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. (561739-W) shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer

of this voucher that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the vouchers.

7.Damaged vouchers will be considered as invalid vouchers and will not be replaced.

8.Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged with vouchers of other denominations.

9.Voucher is valid up to the stipulated expiry date and no extension of date shall be given.

10.Alpro Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. (561739-W) reserves the right of vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

11.This voucher is not applicable for adult diapers and milk powder.
